1. scope of application

These terms and conditions govern the use of gamepassclub.com between Megas Aleandros Consulting LTD. and the user. By using the website, you accept these terms and conditions as a legally binding contract. The service includes access to a streaming platform for browser-based games.

2. the service

gamepassclub.com offers monthly subscriptions for streaming browser games without downloading:

Availability and quality depend on location, device and internet connection. The provider reserves the right to update the game library at any time.

3. age requirement

4th registration

For registration we need:

• E-mail address
• password
• First and last name
• IBAN
• Age confirmation

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. An account is personal and non-transferable. The service may only be used privately.

5. granting of licenses

You receive a non-exclusive license to stream games in the browser. Prohibited are:

• Duplication
• Distribution
• Automated tools
• Bots
• Reverse engineering

6 Fees and payment

Payment

Monthly by SEPA direct debit in advance. First invoice after the test phase, then monthly on the invoice date.

Payments are binding after processing. Reversal shall only take place in the case of incorrect or unauthorized direct debits.

6.A. Free additional service: EuroMillions betting pool

From 01.12.2025, every active subscriber (Basic, Premium and Standard) will automatically participate free of charge with 60 betting lines in every EuroMillions draw (Tuesday and Friday) in our betting community with a total of 200 players. Depending on the calendar month, this corresponds to 480 to 540 automatic betting lines. The picks are randomly generated and placed together with the 199 other members of the community. This corresponds to 60 betting lines per member and draw or up to 540 betting lines per month and member. In the event of a win, the total winnings from the 60 betting lines are divided equally among all participating members (max. 200). Everyone therefore receives 1/200 of the winnings from these 60 rows. Participation ends automatically when your GamePassClub subscription is canceled or expires.

7. obligations of use

The service may only be used lawfully and privately. The following are prohibited:

• Copyright infringements
• Use of bots
• Distribution of malware
• Circumvention of safety precautions
• Disruption of the service
• Disclosure of access data
• Reverse engineering

Violations will result in the account being blocked without a refund.

8. termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time without notice by:

After termination, you retain access until the end of the month. Payments will not be refunded (except in the case of revocation in accordance with section 9). You will receive a confirmation of termination by e-mail.

10. limitation of liability

The provider is not liable for:

• Downtimes
• Technical problems
• Compatibility problems
• Game availability after license expiry

The service is provided „as is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

11. account blocking

The provider can block accounts immediately without reimbursement:

• Abuse
• Fraud
• Violations of general terms and conditions
• Incorrect age information
• Illegal activities
• Payment defaults

12. changes to the GTC

The provider may change the GTC at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by e-mail 14 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance. In the event of non-acceptance, you can cancel free of charge.

13 Your rights

You authorize the provider to use your email for notifications regarding service status, security and billing. Your data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The provider uses data for fraud prevention.

14. dispute resolution

These GTC are governed by Bulgarian law. All disputes shall be settled in Bulgarian courts (Petrich), subject to mandatory consumer rights. The provider does not participate in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings.

15. severability clause

Should a provision be invalid, the remainder shall remain valid. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by valid provisions with the same purpose.
